• SIP planning process - spreadsheet for proposed work, then a 3-page "letter of intent", then a RFP/proposal

• DTC has an umbrella topic/3-pager for on-going work

• CCPP framework advancement is one topic (new work)

• • usability improvements for physics developers (search capability, suite analysis tools)
• • building a user interface

• Testing framework - Julie is writing tests, finding bugs(!), working through a process for issue/pr/fix

• UFS release: most codes are now on GitHub public repos

• • umbrella repositories, getting close to a release branch creation
• • ccpp will have a few more commits, ccpp will also have a release (with SCM)
