we should probably turn this into a data list log file like manifests anyways so that we can keep track of this for the future

Its meant to log to the job file but that seems to be broken as its not getting created even though its on in config, it also seems to be broken on local as well
in-round logs still work though

Seems that this works, I've seen a decent amount of both cults, nukies, etc since this was TM'd
