Seems some stuff remains after a domain is deleted (it does slowly delete, but it seems to work by slowly scanning in a line, so if anything goes behind that line it remains. Also, this lets people spawn in still despite a domain being deleted. Quite honestly, I find it cool and hope it stays (even as a rare virtual domain mutation or something), but its probably not intended so I thought I'd let ya'll know

Certain adjustments to bitrunning and how assets related to it have been adjusted since then. PRs failed to mention this issue. This should not continue to repeat.
