As asked on the previous Hackday, René sorted tickets for triaging in today's Hackday and made a GitHub Project Dashboard with the tickets, sorting them by stale (tickets with no activity since 2019), issues to be discussed in the Hackday (open questions or clarifications found in the ticket comments) and issues that need triaging (no assignment).
As a group, we went through all tickets that were marked with the need to be discussed, and through all tickets from the stale list.
Several tickets were closed with the reasoning given as ticket comment, and a couple of tickets were reassigned to the available parties. Also, for some tickets where the state wasn't clear enough, we asked for clarification of the authors or the assigned person.
A few tickets seemed too big to be handled by individuals alone, so the project list was extended with a column processing on a Hackday in Groups.
Tickets in the Needs triaging list can be looked at individually and assigned when needed.
A short announcement by Manu and Sylvia, that Manu is leaving Zugang für alle in August and will take a position at ETH. She hopes she will be able to attend future Hackdays if the work allows it.
Current questions for Zugang für alle can now also be directed to Franco.
There were no other topics than the tickets and organization itself. Individual decisions can be followed in those tickets themselves.
We agreed that the next Hackday should focus on concrete implementation and less on organization, as we now have a clearer picture about what to approach and what now.
As the COVID situation for an in person meetup is still unclear, Franco will come up with a couple of potential meetup days in August or September. If the COVID situation change in the way this meetup is possible or not possible, we will adapt or reschedule.
