Cannot throw mobs when in grab mode

Short Description

Attempting to throw mobs while in grab mode does not throw them

Reproduction

1. Toggle on grab mode
2. Grab mob aggressively
3. Turn on throw mode but dont switch off grab mode
4. Click off mob to throw them
   If you had combat mode on, it will do nothing
   If you didn't have combat mode on, it will let go of the mob
