Lost wave parameters in Code Table 4.2 during Fast Track 2019-1

In December 2018, ECMWF (myself) requested several wave parameters to be included in FT2019-1. The parameters were all accepted but it seems the secretariat at the time truncated the proposal forgot to include some of the parameters. The final Report sent on the 15th January 2019 does not contain some of the parameters. My guess is that the table in which the parameters were listed spun 2 pages and the person responsible to collect all the proposals into the final report did not realised only the first page was copied.....

I am attaching the original proposal and the final report of the FT2019-1 where one can't see the missing parameters. Here is the list of parameters with their new proposed code (starting at 92 to not clash with the parameters proposed in #172 )

Would it be possible to include these in the next fast track with new codes since new parameters were proposed since then?

@sebvi why do the new codes begin at 92 instead of 74?

because 74-91 entries were used in #172 . But in the meantime, we have withdrawn some of these entries so I need to update #172 and this issue accordingly.
