The OnlineOptions.bootTimeout timeout added as a part of #43 has a default value of 10 seconds. That is perhaps reasonable for standalone server, but definitely too small for managed domain.

Two possible solutions:

  • adjust the default value so that it's suitable for both standalone server and managed domain
  • keep the default value as is for standalone server and introduce a new, higher default value for managed domain
