- Old spec: http://www.idpf.org/epub/profiles/edu/spec/
- Current spec: https://w3c.github.io/publ-cg/education/epub-education.html. Dave Cramer has been working on converting this to the respec format used in W3C, so we can more easily start to edit. Note that this is a work in progress—most notably, the internal links still need work.

- Section 6 (LTI integration) and other complicated stuff might be best handled at IMS Global
- Section 4 (Content Structure) is largely about good markup practices, which benefit all types of content. Perhaps some of this could be part of the EPUB Accessibility spec?
- Section 8 (Publication Metadata) might be useful as part of EPUB 3.1.X; educational metadata could be useful for other types of books (like novels) that are used in educational settings
