Hi, it looks like VITesterUtilities.lvlib:Get All Project Class Paths.vi is not working correctly when lvlibp with lvlib inside are added to project. Error 7 occurs when reading lvlib file from packed library.

I ran into the same issue and the changes in the referenced commit also allowed my project to load the GUI correctly.
