Not much we can do until #18 is solved, and it has limited effect as chrome://flags has to be set and users that would do so probably assume that things will break anyway.

Basically webvr-manager does not catch a requestPresent promise error and fallback to the old style of cardboard button. Something to note when we work on our own webvr-manager.
