Hi,

I did a spot verification of the pricing in the CSV export vs the HTML view and found differences.

Example, Frankfurt, m5.2xlarge. SLES on demand is $0.560000 hourly (correct as per AWS' own calculator), but the CSV has it as $0.484 hourly

Merge pull request #627 from vantage-sh/improve-csv-export

CSV export should match what's displayed in all cases. Should fix #615 and #554 and other issues.

Fix for this was just merged in #627 and is deploying to the main site.
