Here's what we're seeing for Wuhan. Seems legit after inspection.

Looking into the failing tests now.

• still ignoring the 3 XFAILS as per:
  • rerun parenx simplification #130
  • failing tests after #127 -- some fixable now; some have to wait #131
• the 2 failures across environments are due to minor updates in the underlying OSM basemap – I'll create a ticket and address it in this MR
• the Windows env fails to complete – I'll open a ticket for that, but likely can't fix now.
