No need for this "inkscape" convention when Webpack is responsible for generating hash filenames.
Pretty broken, too—all the icons are poorly sized.
Now with fancy visual effects! And less flashing (WIP on #86).
Otherwise it looks terrible when displayed with a border.
SVG favicons are finally starting to see support, in particular in Firefox 57+.
