Right now all of the icons used from Webpack are the raw Inkscape SVG, which is much larger than necessary. Update the Makefile and/or Webpack config to minify the SVG.

At this point the logo is the only non-minimal SVG file around. It's 10 KiB with all the Inkscape bloat.
