If a macro is in CamelCase, it it converted to upper case. Variables and routine names are converted to lower case. device_cgroup: added a new control file, devices.info, to show full state and not just the backward-compatible "whitelist of devices." This maintains the backward compatibility that seems to be desired for devices.list but also makes a full description of the cgroup available.
