Git ssh Credential Examples Replacement

The git-ssh credential related examples are removed from the codebase since the git PipelineResource is going to be removed in v0.46. This issue tracks for providing the replacement features instead referencing https://github.com/tektoncd/pipeline/blob/main/docs/migrating-v1alpha1-to-v1beta1.md#replacing-pipelineresources-with-tasks.

Also the examples are removed in #6239 due to the consistent CI failure noted in #6228.
