• In 2020, package dirs was replaced with dirs-next
• dirs-next is a fork of dirs

Thanks for contributing! You forgot to update the crate version though, it's 5.0 i think. Also i'm not 100% sure but i think we'll also need a changefile for this :)
And lastly, you may wanna target the 1.x branch instead of dev.
