Links have corrected in Git, R, and Shell lessons as detailed here.

carpentries-i18n/carp-theme#8
carpentries-i18n/carpentry-theme#12

The wrapper script may need to be updated to:

  1. automate these changes for new lessons

  2. avoid overwriting them when rendering updated webpages.
