fix(bundler): Fix remaining bugs

Again, postpoing denoland/deno#8597 because it's too slow to test. I can quickly fix other issues, but 8597 is really time consuming because test is so slow. So I'll publish patches for other issues first.

swc_ecma_transforms:

• dce: Preserve tags in tagged template literals. (Related to Deno Compile inserts literal \r\n into code base denoland/deno#8746)
