Summary
Modifies playground to accept customer id when calling our playground backend.
Adds new test infra to test returning user flows using the playground state to get the customer id, and launching the playground with the newly created customer/PM.
Motivation
This is a fairly nuanced and complex flow, it'll be nice to have E2E test coverage for it.
