Updates go-substrate-rpc-client dependency. Ibc-go team is removing DenomTrace and DenomTraces queries. Currently, they need to keep these types as deprecated for go-substrate-rpc-client which references them. cosmos/ibc-go#6421
We do not require nor use these queries so they were dropped.
