Allows importing of client libraries by [org_id, service_id], dynamically loads all compiled modules for a service

Currently implementing retrieval of service endpoint from registry (can still be optionally provided by user), channel data from daemon and blockchain, grpc client-side interceptor to abstract metadata from users; do not merge yet
