This PR reverts #2570 as requested in https://discuss.webknossos.org/t/new-wk-version/919.
This gives us time to look at the issues that are occuring.
No need to code review imo, we simply reverted commits 46bd8b1 (custom viewports) and c40ee54 (fix node selection; 3d viewport rotation/zooming; fix shortcuts (#2673)) and reapplied the keyboard shortcut fixes from c40ee54.
