Closes rubocop#114. This PR fixes an incorrect autocorrect for `Rails/EnumHash` when using nested constants.

This PR fixes an incorrect autocorrect for
Rails/EnumHashwhen using nested constants.Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:
[Fix #issue-number](if the related issue exists).master(if not - rebase it).and description in grammatically correct, complete sentences.
bundle exec rake default. It executes all tests and RuboCop for itself, and generates the documentation.
