Introducing a refactored and cleaned-up version of the Light theme, inline with the recent Dark theme release. The colors are now kept more consistent and closer to the original Melange theme for nvim.

This release also comes with some cleanup of deprecated/unused properties and some minor tweaks for better text legibility.
