This PR adds coverpoint definitions for the set of self-checking assembly tests for the architectural verification of MMU SV39, These coverpoints are hand-written and follows the test plan provided in the following testplan.
I have also submitted the PR for the Virtual Memory Tests (ACTs) on the architecture test repository, PR#407
