Update RVTEST_ISA for fma type D instructions

Provide a detailed description of the changes performed by the PR.

When PR #486 was merged, the RVTEST_ISA macro was changed for the fnmadd.d_b15, fmadd.d_b15, fnmsub.d_b15, and fmsub.d_b15 tests. The new macro includes configurations that have the F but not D extensions, but these instructions require D. This updates the RVTEST_ISA macro to only include the configurations that contain D.
