Summary: Currently we display a modal to a developer when they try to subscribe to the Developer Edition of Agency Cloud but already have a subscription in place. On the modal we explain they should contact us. However, as we now have a ‘Download Now’ option we should include it.

Task: Update the ‘Existing Subscription’ modal text and include a ‘Download Now’ button
