Produced a mallardduck/prometheus-federator:reorg-demo image and pushed to dockerhub.

ERROR: failed to solve: rancher/mirrored-tonistiigi-xx:1.3.0: failed to resolve source metadata for docker.io/rancher/mirrored-tonistiigi-xx:1.3.0: failed to authorize: failed to fetch oauth token: unexpected status from GET request to https://auth.docker.io/token?scope=repository%3Arancher%2Fmirrored-tonistiigi-xx%3Apull&service=registry.docker.io: 401 Unauthorized

Current error seems likely related to the rate-limit thing when you're logged in. The only viable improvement/workaround idea I have would be to pre-pull the image before dockerhub login, then the image will be cached when build time comes? Assuming things are configured to share the image cache that way at least.
