Small cleanup in Hibernate ORM extension

1. Fix duplicate properties in POM following Move Hibernate-related Maven properties to root POM  #40964
2. Avoid a few internal Hibernate class imports
3. Merge HibernateTypes utils class into ClassNames utils class (housekeeping, does not fix anything but enables more testing, see below)
4. Fix missing reflection for some generator classes in Hibernate ORM, and add related tests to avoid this problem in the future.
