Summary

Release 1.3.0.Beta5 is necessary to allow progress with Jakarta migration in TS.

Release contains:

• Jakarta migration - fix FW injection by migration remaining imports #674

Note: OC were run as part of #674 last night and there is no extra commit or PR in this release, therefore I suggest to not run OC CI.
