Clean up commented code as well.

@willingc I am going to close this pr. This is one feature of the bot that I don't love because it requires users to force push and/or pull and then push on a pr if they want to make changes, and the bot has already updated things. I think the maintainers being able to run the bot right before merging is a perfect middle ground. If you disagree, let's discuss more!! Thank you again for this! |
