Upload from Cloud Providers

Log In
Go to the Home Page
click on 'Share Your Work'
You will be redirected to the upload page that says "Add New Work":
Apply Metadata (same as the Upload from My Computer)
- My Computer and Cloud Providers
click on the files tab
Click on Add Cloud Files
- I should get a modal with File System, Drop Box and Box
Click on Drop Box (or Box) at the top left of the window that opens
Click Connect to Drop Box (or Box) to allow access
- you will get redirected to a page that allows access to you files from the selected provider
Log into Dropbox (or Box)
Click to grant access to ScholarSphere
- you will be redirected back to the ScholarSphere page and a spinner should show up when you move your mouse
You will then see a list of files in your drop box account
Select one or more files
You will see your files in the file listing on the tab
Accept the Deposit Agreement
Click Save
You will see the save progress bar
You will be forwarded to the work show page
Reload the page
Download the representative media and review it to make sure everything uploaded correctly

Known Issues

Enter the date, your name, release number, and the server you're testing.
