Fixes #1351.

I tried to run the front-end tests as it is done in Travis CI but it fails for some unclear reason (see build logs). This can be investigated later on IMO.

I've also cleaned a bit the docker_hub_master and docker_hub_release_tags jobs compared to prometheus/node_exporter#844.
