The PlatformManagerImpl::_InitChipStack() does not create default event loop, so the PlatformManagerImpl::_Shutdown() shall not delete it.

Problem
After the transition to pigweed test framework the output format of the test suite has changed. The test driver for ESP32 has to be updated as well.
