Revert "Add Bridged Actions Cluster (#10694) (#10838)"

This reverts commit e173300.

Bridge callbacks were only placed in some cpp files, however amebad and mbedos were not aware of these files.

Future bridge implementations should create a 'common' folder where callback implementations could be shared.
