Links in scenery doc are not clickable #1197

While looking at phetsims/tasks#1080 I noticed that links at /scenery/doc/ are not clickable. Perhaps css or embedded Display input is interferring, I will take a look.

Fixed with the above commit, links are working again by having the example Displays not attach listeners on the window but only to their own elements.
