Export to multiple MzIdentML files

pout2mzid can use one Percolator Out file and migrate the results to multiple mzIdentML files. To achieve this, psm IDs within the percolator Out files must have a certain format like [mzIdentML file]_[psm ID]

The [mzIdentML file] tag should be the name of the mzIdentML file which should be updated but without the .mzid file ending, which will be automatically added.
