Reimplement unique job names from #84

Reimplements #84 because that PR was quite old and it seemed easier to re-do it rather than grapple with the thorny merge.

• Merge In meta_yaml recipes section, dict_objects should be a list element #140
• Add a dict_object example to the gpcp-from-gcs feedstock test repo, and test against it. (This means re-implementing the test_bake logic from https://github.com/pangeo-forge/pangeo-forge-runner/pull/84/files#diff-8dc66cfc945953ec05be9360a47d4fad62e7e2acd026926eec7f2e6d208c3080).
