"Consumption Value of Benefits" is missing from Difference table #934

TaxBrain shows the "Consumption Value of Benefits" statistic in the Distribution table, but not in the Difference table. Seems like a bug.

Turns out that the TaxBrain bug reported in issue #934 had already been reported as a bug in issue #770 in this comment made on December 11, 2017. I'm going to close issue #934 in hopes that the bug reported in #770 gets fixed before a year goes by after its first report.
