Describe the bug

Data Prepper release builds are failing with the following error:

OpenIDConnect provider's HTTPS certificate doesn't match configured thumbprint

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run a new Release build

Expected behavior

The build should pass.
