These were removed by mistake during the upmerge, but we still need to host the FW blobs in nrfxlib as upstream Zephyr doesn't allow it. Signed-off-by: Chaitanya Tata <[email protected]>

These blobs are hosted in nrfxlib to be used with Zephyr upstream i.e., hal_nordic, during upmerge these blobs will be copied to NCS blobs directory for use in NCS. Signed-off-by: Chaitanya Tata <[email protected]>
