nrf_wifi: Reinstate nRF70 firmware patch blobs

These were removed by mistake during the upmerge, but we still need to host the FW blobs in nrfxlib as upstream Zephyr doesn't allow it. Signed-off-by: Chaitanya Tata <[email protected]>
