What does this Pull Request accomplish?
This pull request uses the latest changes to the testing tools to implement multi-platform system tests. This required adding targets.ini files to each system test class directory
Why should this Pull Request be merged?
This enables the ATS to run tests for supported RT platforms.
What testing has been done?
Tests were manually executed on the ATS host for each target in the config file.
