According to our recent PR, there were a couple of minor updates to file naming guidelines and fields that the cBioPortal folks would like. We should go back and update the functions that generate the formatted files to avoid these requests the next time around.

mutations data:

Can you change the file names to data_mutations.txt and meta_mutations.txt?
