Describe the feature that you would like added

• This request aims to enhance the user experience when the slider is at 10% or 90%.
• The design phase is complete by Angie, and now it is ready for the engineering team to start their work in the next Sprint.
• You can find the Figma designs for the new section here: Figma designs on the new section for React & WC Sliders

Important note

• The current state of the Web Component Slider is aligned with the current Figma design and React v9 Slider. Therefore, this feature request needs to be completed concurrently with the WC to ensure both platforms remain synchronized.
