✔️ Expected Behavior

PR fonts look better, smooth and nice, like the PR demo.

❌ Actual Behavior

The fonts in Chinese not smooth, see screenshot.
ClearType enabled ✅
Native resolution ✅
PR fonts in Chinese

@clubfocus, we just did one #10568 and we have #10592 to see if we can't boost it further.

Checked in fix will be in 0.37 end of month, 2nd improvement may be a few months
