The no-template-call-expression rule has been merged since v4.1.0 and is in the tag for v4.3.0 (https://github.com/mgechev/codelyzer/blob/4.3.0/src/noTemplateCallExpressionRule.ts). But it is not present in the package that is published to npm. https://registry.npmjs.org/codelyzer/-/codelyzer-4.3.0.tgz
