With valid email and password
remove PrivateAppStoreAPIDomainPrefixWithAuthCode and PrivateAppStoreAPIDomainPrefixWithoutAuthCode prefix in login url
It's not working as before, returning a 404 error code.

Thank you for contributing. Closing this PR in favor of #316 which contains a fix for following new API redirects and properly setting attempt URL parameter. That seems to fix authentication.
