ember-cli-htmlbars-inline-precompile is opting out of caching due to an AST plugin that does not provide a caching strategy: `strip-test-selectors`.
blimmer added a commit to blimmer/ember-test-selectors that referenced this issue Aug 30, 2016

This silences the deprecation warning reported in mainmatter#19.
